Order Confirmation and Verification

After you place your order, we will prepare your items and send you a link to a photo or video of the actual product, including the packaging process, to your email. We will also confirm your overseas address.

If you are dissatisfied with the product upon receipt of the email, you may choose to cancel the shipment within 1 days of the email's arrival.

*If the product is damaged, or lost during shipping, or if there was a shipping error, please take a photo or video as evidence.

*For returns, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, unopened, and in the same condition as when received. It should not have been worn or used. Additionally, please provide proof of purchase ID.

You have the option to request a reshipment of the item or a refund. Refunds will amount to 75% of the order total, excluding shipping fees.

30-Day Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on our products. During use, if issues arise such as pearls falling out of pearl jewelry, you may request a reshipment, or compensation of 75% of the original product price, or a separate coupon code.

*For other materials, please follow the care instructions on our website correctly. If 14k or 18k products fade due to improper care, it will not be considered a quality defect for return or refund.

*Tarnishing of silver jewelry does not constitute a quality issue. Natural stones, due to their natural textures, may have variations in grinding or minor flaws, which are not considered quality issues.

Shipping Address

Please provide an accurate shipping address for successful delivery. We will confirm the shipping address with you before sending it.

Refunds Operational Process

3.If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
